Casumo app vs bet365 app

Casumo app vs bet365 app is an unusual match-up because both put sport and casino in one account. Casumo’s 52.5 MB iPhone app has a published feature list, from Face ID to slot races; bet365’s UK casino runs through its main betting app, whose UK listing wasn’t confirmed. The bonuses differ too: a 10x-wagered match against daily spin reveals.

Key takeaways

  • Casumo Casino & Sports Betting is one combined iPhone app: 52.5 MB, iOS 15.0 or later, with Face ID and Touch ID login.
  • bet365’s casino is reported to sit inside its main sports app; no standalone UK casino app or UK listing details were confirmed.
  • Casumo: 50% bonus up to £100 on a £20+ first deposit, 10x wagering within 7 days, £5 maximum bet. 18+, terms apply.
  • Since 19 January 2026, UK promotions can’t mix products, so both welcome offers here are casino-only.
  • Casumo publishes withdrawal times by method and a £3 fee on withdrawals under £10; bet365’s figures come from review sites.

Casumo app vs bet365 app: the answer first

Pick Casumo if casino comes first and sport is an extra. Its app has the features casino players use most, such as quick relaunch of recent slots, slot races and biometric login, and Casumo publishes withdrawal times for every method on its own site. Pick bet365 if sport comes first and you want the casino in the same place, accepting that its UK app and casino terms are mostly reported by third parties.

Both are UK-licensed, both put sport and casino in one account, and neither is a standalone casino download on iPhone. That makes this comparison less about app type and more about features, offers and how much each operator publishes. More match-ups are on our casino app comparisons hub.

Two apps that mix sport and casino: how they differ

Casumo’s app leans towards casino. On the App Store its app is Casumo Casino & Sports Betting, sold by Casumo (provider Casumo Services Ltd), filed in the Casino category, 52.5 MB and needing iOS 15.0 or later. On Google Play the title is casino-focused: Casumo - Live Casino & Slots from Casumo Services Limited, rated PEGI 18.

bet365’s app is led by sport. A third-party app index lists bet365 - Sports Betting, from Hillside (New Media) Limited, as one app that opens casino, games, poker and Vegas products. Standalone bet365 Casino apps were found only on the US and Canadian stores. No UK size, iOS requirement, age rating or Android listing was confirmed.

Our standalone vs sportsbook apps comparison explains the trade-offs of an all-in-one app, and the Casumo iPhone app and bet365 iPhone app pages track each listing.

What the 2026 mixed-product rule means for these apps

When one account holds sport and casino, you might expect a welcome deal that spans both, such as a bet on football that releases casino spins. Since 19 January 2026, that’s no longer allowed in Great Britain. The Commission’s rules, set out in its announcement on safer and simpler promotions (opens in a new tab), ban promotions that mix gambling products and cap wagering at 10 times the bonus.

So Casumo’s casino offer is for casino play, and bet365’s reported spins offer is for slots. A sports welcome offer, if either brand runs one, is a separate deal. Our pages on the mixed-product bonus ban and the 10x wagering cap explain both rules in full.

Casumo app features you can confirm

Casumo’s App Store listing is unusually specific about what the app does. bet365’s UK app features couldn’t be confirmed from a UK listing, so the comparison here is mostly one-sided.

Features named in the Casumo listing

Some of these features make depositing and replaying quicker. That’s handy, but convenience cuts both ways, so set a deposit limit before you use Quick Deposit and treat races and levels as entertainment, not targets. Our guides to Face ID and Touch ID on casino apps and Casumo app settings and notifications go further.

Privacy labels: what Casumo declares

The Casumo App Store listing (opens in a new tab) says the app uses identifiers, usage data and diagnostics to track you. Data linked to you includes financial info, contact info, user content, identifiers, usage data and diagnostics. On Google Play, the data safety section says the app may share location data, collects personal and financial info, encrypts data in transit and lets you request deletion. bet365’s UK labels couldn’t be checked.

How to read a casino app’s privacy label

  1. Open the app’s page in the App Store and scroll to App Privacy.
  2. Read Data Used to Track You first: this is data used to follow you across other companies’ apps and websites.
  3. Then read Data Linked to You, which is tied to your identity.
  4. On Android, open the Google Play listing and tap Data safety to see what is shared and collected.
  5. If tracking concerns you, turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track in your iPhone’s privacy settings.

A long label isn’t unusual for a real-money app, which must verify your identity and handle payments. Each category is explained in how to read a casino app privacy label.

Casumo vs bet365 bonus: 50% match or daily spin reveals

Casumo’s welcome offer is for new customers aged 18+ who opt in: a 50% bonus up to £100 on the first deposit, with a minimum deposit of £20. You must wager the bonus 10 times within 7 days, the maximum bet is £5 while the bonus is active, and game, play and payment restrictions apply. Terms apply.

At the time of checking (25 October 2026), an affiliate site described bet365’s casino offer as “Spend £10, get up to 500 free spins”: £10 in lifetime deposits within 30 days of registering, then up to 10 reveals within 20 days, at least 24 hours apart, each giving 5, 10, 20 or 50 spins. Spin winnings have no wagering and spins expire after 7 days. It wasn’t confirmed on bet365’s own site, and no spin value was given.

Casumo’s match at three deposit sizes (18+, terms apply)
First depositBonus (50%)Wagering (10x bonus)Average cost at 96% RTPFewest bets at the £5 maximum
£20£10£100£420
£100£50£500£20100
£200£100£1,000£40200

The average cost column is the house edge at work: on a slot with 96% RTP, every £1 wagered costs about 4p on average, so £1,000 of wagering costs about £40. That cost comes out of the bonus and your deposit, and in a single session you can lose both. bet365’s offer can’t be priced in pounds without a spin value, and you only reach 500 spins if every one of ten reveals gives 50.

Neither welcome offer is for live or table games, which are often excluded or count for less. Our Casumo welcome bonus page has the full terms, and how wagering works in casino apps explains the maths.

Casumo vs bet365 withdrawal times and fees

Casumo publishes method-by-method times on its UK site: card withdrawals up to 2 days, bank transfers up to 5 days, and PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter instantly after approval. Its withdrawal policy (opens in a new tab) says requests are approved or denied within 3 days, and that a £3 fee applies to withdrawals under £10.

bet365’s figures come from affiliate pages: card and Trustly withdrawals in 1 to 4 hours, Apple Pay instant, and PayPal and bank transfer within 24 hours, with no fees. Those affiliate sources contradict each other about Google Pay, and nothing here comes from bet365’s own help centre.

Casumo’s minimum deposit is £10 for all methods, though the welcome offer needs £20. See Casumo app withdrawals, bet365 app withdrawals and our guide to casino app withdrawal fees.

Games, support and help in each app

Casumo says it has more than 6,000 games, covering slots and live casino alongside its sportsbook. bet365’s lobby is put at over 3,100 games by an affiliate page, including about 2,700 slots, 170 to 200 live tables and 70+ crash and arcade titles; bet365’s own figure wasn’t found. Check each app’s game lobby for the titles you want, and our Casumo games page covers its lobby.

For help, Casumo lists email at hey@casumo.com and UK support hours of 7:00 to 23:00 GMT/BST; live chat and phone aren’t stated on its site. bet365’s support channels weren’t found on the pages checked. Our Casumo customer support page explains how to get in touch.

Is bet365 safe? Licences, owners and enforcement

Casumo is run by Recro Limited of Malta, which has held a remote casino licence under Gambling Commission account 61549 (opens in a new tab) since 21 December 2023. No regulatory action against Recro is recorded in the sources we used.

bet365’s casino is licensed to Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC, account 55149, under remote bingo and casino licence 055149-R-331499-002. A sister company, Hillside (Technology) Limited (38721), lists bet365 as a trading name. bet365 was set up in 2000 and is privately owned; a 2015 report put most of the shares with the Coates family.

Safer gambling when sport and casino share an account

Every GB-licensed app must prompt you to set a financial limit before your first deposit, offer time-outs and take part in GAMSTOP, which blocks you for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. With a combined account, think about whether a limit covers both sport and casino; check the limits section of the app or ask support. Casumo’s tools are on our Casumo safer gambling tools page; bet365’s weren’t found on the pages checked.

Phone-level controls work on whole apps. A Screen Time limit or Digital Wellbeing timer on either app restricts sport as well as casino, which may suit you. See blocking casino apps with Screen Time and taking a time-out.

We don’t have a welcome offer with bet365. Casumo is the closest alternative, as another app that combines casino and sport, and its offer suits slot players who are comfortable with wagering.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Casumo app better than the bet365 app?

For casino players, Casumo has the edge on published facts. Its iPhone app is confirmed at 52.5 MB on iOS 15.0 or later, with Face ID login, Quick Launch and slot races, and it publishes withdrawal times for each method. bet365 suits people who mainly bet on sport. Our Casumo app review explains its 4.2/5 editorial score.

Can I get a casino-only bet365 app on a UK phone?

Not that we could confirm. A third-party app index lists bet365 - Sports Betting as one app that opens casino, games, poker and Vegas products. Standalone bet365 Casino apps were found on the US and Canadian App Stores only. The UK listing’s size and iOS requirement weren’t confirmed. See our bet365 Android app page for updates.

Is Casumo a sports betting app too?

Yes, on iPhone. The App Store listing is Casumo Casino & Sports Betting, one app with casino and sportsbook, filed in the Casino category. On Google Play the title is Casumo - Live Casino & Slots. Since January 2026, casino and sports promotions can’t be mixed. Our Casumo Android app page has the Google Play details.

How much do I have to wager for the Casumo bonus?

Ten times the bonus, within 7 days. Deposit £20 and you receive £10, which means £100 must be wagered; reaching the £100 maximum takes a £200 deposit and £1,000 of wagering. The maximum bet is £5 while the bonus is active. 18+, opt-in required, terms apply. The UK wagering cap explained page covers the 10x limit.

Can I use a sports bet to claim casino spins at bet365 or Casumo?

No. Since 19 January 2026, promotions that mix gambling products are banned in Great Britain, so a casino offer can’t require a sports bet or the other way round. Each brand’s casino welcome offer is for casino play, usually selected slots. Our page on the mixed-product bonus ban explains the rule.

Does Casumo charge for withdrawals?

Only on small ones. Casumo’s withdrawal policy sets a £3 fee on withdrawals under £10 and no fee at £10 or more. Affiliate pages say bet365 withdrawals are free. Casumo approves or denies requests within 3 days, and e-wallets pay instantly after approval. See is there a fee to withdraw from a casino app.

What regulatory action has bet365 faced in Britain?

Yes. In April 2024, Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC agreed a £343,035 payment in lieu of a penalty over anti-money-laundering and customer interaction failures, and the Commission announced £582,120 in total for bet365’s UK licensees. No action against Casumo’s operator, Recro Limited, appears in the sources we used. Checking a licence yourself is covered in how do I know a casino app is licensed.

Can I log in to the Casumo app with Face ID?

Yes. Casumo’s App Store listing says the iPhone app supports Face ID and Touch ID login. bet365’s UK listing couldn’t be checked, so its login options aren’t confirmed here. Biometric login keeps your password off the screen, but anyone who can get into your phone could open the app. See Face ID login on casino apps.
