The Casumo app earns a strong score because it covers the basics that matter on a phone: a full UK licence, a small iPhone download, Apple Pay for deposits and withdrawals, and a welcome bonus that sits inside the new 10x wagering cap. It loses ground for the fee on small withdrawals, the lack of a published phone number, and an iOS app that mixes casino and sports betting rather than standing alone.

The score is an editorial summary drawn from the App Store and Google Play listings, Casumo's UK site and withdrawal policy, and the Gambling Commission's register. Casumo app download for iPhone and Android: the store details

Casumo publishes two native apps, and they aren't quite the same product. On iPhone the App Store listing for Casumo Casino & Sports Betting (opens in a new tab) covers one combined app for casino and sportsbook. On Android, the Google Play listing for Casumo - Live Casino & Slots (opens in a new tab) carries a casino-focused title.

At 52.5 MB, the iPhone download is roughly half the size of the dedicated Coral and Ladbrokes casino apps, both of which list just over 100 MB. The iOS 15.0 minimum is also much lower than the iOS 18.0 those apps ask for, so the Casumo app is a realistic option on an older iPhone.

Apple marks the Mac version as designed for iPad and not verified for macOS, so treat it as a bonus rather than a desktop app. Google Play no longer shows a minimum Android version on the web page; your phone tells you whether it is compatible when you open the listing on the device.

How to install the Casumo app safely

Real-money gambling apps in the UK must be free to download from the official stores, and both Apple and Google require them to be geo-restricted to licensed areas. That makes the store version the only one you need.

On iPhone or iPad

1. Open the App Store and search for Casumo Casino & Sports Betting.

The App Store listing describes a set of phone-friendly extras that go beyond a shrunken website. Here is what it says the iOS app includes, and what each one means in practice.

• Quick Launch of the last four slots you played.
• Apple Pay and Quick Deposit for topping up your balance.
• A home screen widget.
• A haptic feedback toggle, so you can switch vibration on or off.
• Reel Races with real-time updates inside the app.
• The Adventure and Trophy Collection, a levelling avatar and rewards system.

They are entertainment with a cost: every spin in a race carries the same house edge as any other spin, so don't play more or faster to climb a leaderboard.

For this Casumo app review, the game count comes from Casumo's UK site, which says it has 6,000+ games. Slots are the centre of the lobby, which fits the Reel Races and the Quick Launch shortcut, and the Android app's name puts live casino and slots up front. The iOS listing confirms slots, live casino and sportsbook in the one app.

Live casino on the Casumo app

Live dealer tables stream video, so they use more data than slots and work best on Wi-Fi or a strong 4G or 5G signal. The Casumo live casino app page covers the streamed tables and how the stream behaves on a phone.

UK game rules you'll see in the app

Every slot in a UK app follows the Gambling Commission's design rules. There is no autoplay, each spin takes at least 2.5 seconds, and turbo and slam-stop features are not allowed. Since 9 April 2025, slot stakes are capped at £5 a spin for players aged 25 and over, and since 21 May 2025 at £2 for players aged 18 to 24. These stake limits apply to slots only.

Since a Gambling Commission warning in January 2020, feature buy-ins are not offered to British players, so you won't see a buy-bonus button on UK slots. From 17 January 2025, non-slot casino games must allow at least 5 seconds per game cycle, and you can't play several games at once.

Casumo app bonus: the welcome offer worked out in pounds

New Casumo customers aged 18+ can opt in to a 50% bonus up to £100 on their first deposit, with a £20 minimum deposit. You must wager the bonus 10x within 7 days, the maximum bet is £5 while the bonus is active, and game, play and payment restrictions apply. Terms apply, so read the full bonus rules in the app before you deposit.

No promo code is needed. The 10x requirement matches the Gambling Commission's cap on bonus wagering at 10 times (opens in a new tab), which applies to every UK offer from 19 January 2026.

The last column uses standard game maths: expected loss = amount wagered × house edge. A slot with a 96% RTP has a 4% house edge, so £1,000 of wagering costs £40 on average. That is an average over a very large number of spins, not a prediction. A single week of play can finish well above or below it, and many players lose the bonus before the wagering is done.

Depositing more than £200 adds nothing to the bonus, because it stops at £100. The £5 maximum bet also matters: £1,000 of wagering at £1 a spin is 1,000 spins, and with the 2.5-second minimum spin time that is at least 42 minutes of play, all inside the 7-day window.

Spin and deposit bonuses are slot offers in practice. Blackjack, roulette and live casino are often excluded or count for less towards wagering, so check the terms before you play anything other than slots.

Casumo app payments: deposit methods and limits

Casumo's UK site says you can deposit with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard, Skrill and Instant Banking, and that the minimum deposit is £10 for all payment methods. Remember that the welcome bonus needs £20, and that some payment methods are excluded from it; check the bonus terms for the list.

Credit cards can't be used to gamble in Great Britain, and that ban has applied since 14 April 2020. It also covers e-wallets topped up with a credit card, so fund PayPal or Skrill from a debit card or bank account. Google Pay doesn't appear in Casumo's published list; if you rely on it, check the cashier in the app.

Casumo's UK site says withdrawals are reviewed and processed within a matter of hours, while its withdrawal policy (opens in a new tab) commits to approving or declining a request within 3 days. Once a payout is approved, the time to reach you depends on the method.

The fee is the part of this Casumo app review most likely to cost you money if you miss it. A £9 withdrawal loses £3 and lands as £6, a third of the amount. Wait until you have at least £10 to withdraw and there's no charge at all. No minimum withdrawal amount is published.

How to withdraw from the Casumo app

1. Make sure your account is verified; unverified accounts can't be paid.
2. Open the cashier or withdrawal option from your account menu.
3. Choose a method you have already used to deposit where possible, as operators often pay back to the same method.
4. Enter £10 or more to avoid the £3 fee.
5. Submit the request and wait for approval, then allow the method's published time.
6. If the request stays pending beyond 3 days, contact support by email with the date and amount.

Casumo app sign-up and verification

Yes, the Casumo app is a licensed and regulated product. What the privacy labels say

Apple's privacy label lists Identifiers, Usage Data and Diagnostics as data used to track you. Data linked to you includes financial information, contact information, user content, identifiers, usage data and diagnostics. On Android, the data safety section says the app may share location, collects personal and financial information, encrypts data in transit, and lets you request deletion.

Safer-gambling tools

Since 31 October 2025, UK operators must prompt you to set a financial limit before your first deposit, with setting a limit as the default. Limit decreases take effect immediately, while increases need at least 24 hours and your confirmation.
