Casumo app vs 10bet Casino app at a glance

On paper these two look alike. Each has one app for casino and sport on iPhone, a UK licence from the Gambling Commission and a matched welcome bonus capped at 10x wagering. The differences show up in the detail: how big the bonus can get, how fast the money comes back and how you reach a person when something goes wrong.

Casumo vs 10bet welcome bonus: the maths in pounds

Casumo offers new customers aged 18+ a 50% bonus up to £100 on the first deposit. You must opt in and deposit at least £20, then wager the bonus 10x within 7 days, with a maximum stake of £5 per bet while the bonus is active. Game, play and payment restrictions apply.

10bet gives new UK customers aged 18+ a 100% match up to £25. You choose the casino welcome bonus at sign-up and make the first deposit within 7 days, then wager the bonus 10x on slots within 3 days. Bonus winnings are capped at £1,000, and Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify. Terms apply.

The table shows what each deposit size gets you. The last column uses standard game maths: expected cost = amount wagered × house edge, assuming a slot with a 96% RTP (a 4% edge). Actual results vary a lot from these averages.

Up to £50, 10bet’s 100% match gives the same or a larger bonus for each pound deposited. From £50 upwards Casumo’s bonus keeps growing while 10bet’s stops at £25. At a £200 deposit, Casumo’s £100 bonus is four times 10bet’s maximum, but it also needs four times the wagering.

10bet’s operator help page doesn’t state a minimum deposit for its bonus. Check the offer terms in the app before you deposit.

Which bonus fits your time and budget

Time matters as much as size. Clearing Casumo’s full £1,000 of wagering in 7 days averages about £143 of stakes a day (£1,000 ÷ 7). Clearing 10bet’s £250 in 3 days averages about £83 a day (£250 ÷ 3).

UK slot rules set a minimum of 2.5 seconds per spin, so 1,000 spins at £1 take at least 2,500 seconds, or roughly 42 minutes of pure spinning. That’s before loading times and bonus rounds. Casumo’s £5 bet cap during the bonus also limits how quickly you can get through it.

A smaller deposit

If you plan to deposit £20 to £25, 10bet’s match is the bigger bonus in pounds. The catch is the short 3-day window and the £1,000 cap on bonus winnings.

A larger deposit

Neither bonus is designed for blackjack, roulette or live dealer games. Those are usually excluded or count for less towards wagering, so check each operator’s terms before playing them with bonus funds.

Casumo and 10bet apps on iPhone and Android

Both brands publish a single combined app on iPhone. The Casumo Casino & Sports Betting listing (opens in a new tab) is filed under Casino, weighs 52.5 MB and needs iOS 15.0 or later. 10bet’s app is filed under Sports, weighs 112.3 MB and needs iOS 16.0.

On Android the naming changes. Casumo’s Google Play title, Casumo - Live Casino & Slots, focuses on the casino, while 10bet keeps the same combined name on both stores. Neither Play listing shows a minimum Android version.

App features: Face ID, widgets and quick deposits

Casumo’s iOS listing names more app-specific features than most UK casino apps. It mentions Face ID and Touch ID login, Quick Launch for the last four slots you played, Apple Pay with Quick Deposit, a home screen widget and a toggle for haptic feedback.

10bet’s listing focuses on sport: in-play betting, Cash Out, Bet Builder and live streaming. It doesn’t mention Face ID, Touch ID or notifications for the casino side, so check your app settings after installing.

Slots, live casino and Reel Races

Casumo’s homepage quotes 6,000+ games, and its app listing names slots, live casino and Reel Races, which are slot tournaments with real-time updates in the app. The Adventure and Trophy Collection add a levelling avatar and rewards on top.

10bet’s store descriptions give 2,000+ slots on iOS and 3,000+ casino games on Google Play, plus live casino tables. A third-party review also quotes 3,000+. Either way, Casumo publishes the larger figure.

Depositing in the Casumo and 10bet apps

Casumo publishes a £10 minimum deposit for all payment methods, though its welcome bonus needs £20. Its FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Trustly, paysafecard, Skrill and Instant Banking.

10bet’s help centre doesn’t give a minimum deposit or a list of methods. A third-party review names debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, Apple Pay and paysafecard. Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify for the welcome bonus.

First deposit, step by step

1. Finish registration and complete the age and identity checks the app asks for.
2. Set a deposit limit when the app prompts you, before your first deposit.
3. Opt in to the welcome bonus if you want it. At 10bet you choose it at sign-up; at Casumo you opt in.
4. Open the cashier and pick a method that qualifies for the bonus.
5. Enter an amount you’re comfortable losing: at least £20 for Casumo’s bonus.
6. Confirm the payment, then check your balance shows both cash and bonus funds.

Casumo vs 10bet withdrawal times and fees

Casumo says withdrawals are reviewed and processed within a matter of hours, and its policy says each request is approved or denied within 3 days. After approval, its published times run from instant for e-wallets and Apple Pay to up to 5 days for a bank transfer.

10bet publishes up to 2 business days for debit cards and e-wallets, and up to 3 for bank transfers. It doesn’t publish a minimum withdrawal or any fees.

Getting help: support hours compared

10bet has the wider set of contact options. The 10bet contact page (opens in a new tab) lists a UK phone line on 0808 175 0550, open 08:00–23:00 daily, email at any time and live chat after login. Live chat hours are given as 08:00–01:00, though the FAQ on that page says 08:00–23:00.

Casumo publishes email support at hey@casumo.com and UK support hours of 7:00 to 23:00. It doesn’t publish whether live chat or phone support are available, so look for the help option in the app.

Limits, breaks and self-exclusion in each app

10bet’s listing says deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion are in account settings. Casumo’s listing doesn’t name its tools, but UK rules require every licensed app to offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion.

Since 31 October 2025, you must be prompted to set a financial limit before your first deposit. Since 17 January 2025, casino apps must show your net spend and time spent in real time. Both rules help you see what a session is really costing.

Who runs each app: Recro and Blue Star Planet

Casumo is operated by Recro Limited in Malta. The Gambling Commission register entry for Recro (opens in a new tab) shows account 61549, with a remote casino licence active since 21 December 2023.

10bet is operated by Blue Star Planet Limited, also in Malta, under account 43173, with a casino licence active since 17 December 2015. Both firms must follow the same UK rules on stake limits, game speed, wagering and identity checks.
