Sky Casino’s British licence is now held by Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, based in Gibraltar, Gambling Commission account 65519. Its remote casino and bingo licence has been active since 18 November 2024, and both the “Sky casino” trading name and the skycasino.com domain are active under it. You can confirm this on the Bonne Terre Gaming register entry (opens in a new tab).
The previous licensee, Bonne Terre Limited (account 38718), surrendered its licence on 31 October 2025, and its Sky Casino trading name is shown as inactive on the Bonne Terre Limited register entry (opens in a new tab). The App Store provider line still shows Bonne Terre Ltd, which reflects the older name rather than a problem with the app.
