Can I use the same login for Coral and Ladbrokes?
Can I use the same login for Coral and Ladbrokes? No. They're separate brands with separate casino apps and separate customer accounts, so your Coral details are for Coral and your Ladbrokes details are for Ladbrokes. The confusion is understandable, because one company, LC International Limited (part of Entain), runs both under a single Gambling Commission licence. Here's what's shared, what isn't and how to manage both safely.
Key takeaways
- Each brand has its own account and login, even though one licensee runs both.
- Both trade under LC International Limited, Gambling Commission account 54743.
- Because they share an operator, one person may not be able to hold new accounts at both.
- Never reuse one password across both apps; give each its own strong password.
- Shared login?
- No: separate accounts for each brand
- Licensee
- LC International Limited (Entain)
- UKGC account
- 54743 (covers both brands)
- Coral iPhone app
- Coral Casino: Slots & Games, 101.6 MB
- Ladbrokes iPhone app
- Ladbrokes Casino Games & Slots, 101.2 MB
Same login for Coral and Ladbrokes? The short answer
Each brand runs its own customer accounts, so you sign in to the Coral Casino app with Coral details and to the Ladbrokes Casino app with Ladbrokes details. Neither brand publishes a single shared login across the two, and their apps are separate downloads with different names, sizes and privacy labels.
What they do share is the company behind them. That shared ownership affects things such as whether you can open new accounts at both and how welcome offers apply, which is where most of the practical questions come from. For related answers, see our casino app questions hub.
Same owner, same licence, separate Coral and Ladbrokes apps
The Gambling Commission's register lists LC International Limited under account 54743 with a remote casino licence active since 1 July 2019. Its list of trading names (opens in a new tab) includes coral and ladbrokes as active names, alongside others such as bwin, foxy bingo, gala, gala casino, party casino and party poker.

The apps look like siblings on paper, but they're still distinct products. For a fuller side-by-side, read Coral vs Ladbrokes or our explainer on the difference between Coral and Ladbrokes apps.
Can you hold accounts at both Coral and Ladbrokes?
Possibly not as a new customer. Because both brands are run by the same licensee, one person may not be able to hold new accounts at both, and new-customer offers are aimed at people who are new to the brand. If you already bank with one, expect the other to check before treating you as a new customer.
Coral's welcome terms say only one welcome offer is available per customer and the account must be verified. If you're refused a second account or offer, that's the operator applying its rules, not a fault with the app. Our page on why you can't open accounts at Coral and Ladbrokes explains the reasons in more depth.
Never use another person's details, a second email address or a VPN to open an extra account or claim a second offer. Operators check identity, and breaking the terms can lead to closed accounts and lost winnings.
How to log in to the Coral and Ladbrokes apps separately
If you do hold accounts at both, treat them as two unrelated services. The exact screens vary between app versions, so this is the general approach.
- Install each app from the official store, checking the publisher: Entain on the App Store for both, LC International Limited for Coral on Google Play and Ladbrokes Mobile Development for Ladbrokes.
- Open the Coral app and sign in with your Coral username or email and your Coral password.
- Complete any security check the app asks for, such as a one-time code.
- Close the Coral app before opening Ladbrokes, if you use both.
- Open the Ladbrokes app and sign in with your separate Ladbrokes details.
- Check each account's limits and marketing settings separately; don't assume a change in one shows up in the other.
Why you shouldn't reuse one password for both
It's tempting to use the same password for two apps owned by one company. It's also risky. If that password leaks from any website, anyone who tries it on both apps gets two accounts with your money and payment details in them.
- Use a different, long password for each account, ideally generated by a password manager.
- Turn on two-step verification wherever the account settings offer it.
- Don't save gambling passwords in shared browsers or let other people use your phone while you're logged in.
- If you get an unexpected password reset email, contact the brand's support straight away.

What carries over between Coral and Ladbrokes, and what doesn't
Shared ownership doesn't merge your accounts. Here's how the main items work, based on each brand's published help pages and UK rules.
| Item | Shared between brands? | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Login and password | No | Separate accounts and details |
| Cash balance | No | Each balance stays with its own brand |
| Payment methods | No | Each help centre describes a UK limit of 3 active payment methods per rolling 30 days |
| Rewards | No | Coral advertises Coral Coins; Ladbrokes advertises LadBucks |
| Deposit limits and time-outs | Set in each account | Don't assume a limit at one brand covers the other |
| GAMSTOP self-exclusion | Covers both | GAMSTOP applies to all GB-licensed online gambling sites and apps |
If you want a break from both brands, GAMSTOP is the most complete option because it covers every GB-licensed online operator, for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. For one brand's own tools, see Coral's safer gambling tools and Ladbrokes' safer gambling tools.
Forgotten your Coral or Ladbrokes login?
Because the accounts are separate, a reset at one brand doesn't change anything at the other. Use the forgotten username or password option on the login screen of the app you're trying to open, and follow the steps it sends to the email address on that account.
If you're locked out, contact that brand's support: help@coral.co.uk for Coral and support@ladbrokes.com for Ladbrokes. Third-party reviews report 24/7 live chat at both; no Coral phone number is published. Step-by-step help is on our Coral app login, Ladbrokes app login and casino app login problems walk through common fixes.
The shared licence and its regulatory record
A shared licence also means a shared regulatory history. On 17 August 2022 the Commission announced that Entain would pay £17 million for anti-money laundering and safer gambling failures between December 2019 and October 2020. Of that, £14 million related to LC International Limited, the company behind both Coral and Ladbrokes online, and £3 million to Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Ltd.
The details are in the Commission's announcement (opens in a new tab). Any action against the licensee covers every brand it runs, which is one reason to check the register rather than a brand's footer. Our pages on whether the Coral app is safe and whether the Ladbrokes app is safe cover each brand.
Coral or Ladbrokes: which login is worth having?
If you can hold only one, choose on the app rather than the logo. The two casino apps have the same iOS requirement and similar sizes, and the help centres share the same payment rules: a £2,000 cap per deposit, no withdrawal fees and Visa Fast Funds payouts that typically reach your bank within 4 hours of approval.
The differences sit in rewards and offers. Coral advertises Coral Coins, Smart Rewards, Rewards Grabber and free-to-play prize games; Ladbrokes advertises LadBucks, Instant Spins and a daily prize wheel. Our editorial app scores are 4.3 out of 5 for Coral and 4.2 for Ladbrokes, based on published facts rather than tests. See what the Coral daily free game is and what LadBucks are for more.
Welcome offers at Coral, Ladbrokes and PlayOJO
This page is about logins, but the welcome offers matter here because the brands share an operator: you may not be eligible as a new customer at both. If you're choosing one, these are the current partner deals. 18+ and terms apply.
- Coral: bet £10 on slots, get 100 free spins. For new players from 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027; spins are 10p each on selected games, with 48 hours to accept and 7 days to use them, and no wagering on winnings. Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don't qualify.
- Ladbrokes: play £10 on slots, get up to 500 free spins. New customers get 50 spins a day across their first 10 days, 10p each on selected games, claimed by 23:59 daily and valid for 7 days, with no wagering. Prepaid cards, PayPal, Paysafe, Neteller, Skrill and Moneybookers deposits are excluded.
- PlayOJO: 80 free spins with no wagering on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p each, for new UK customers (not Northern Ireland) making a first deposit of £10 or more. Winnings are paid in cash; it's available only through the designated offer link and can't be combined.
PlayOJO is run by a different company, Skill On Net Limited, so it isn't affected by the Coral and Ladbrokes overlap. All three are slot offers, not for table or live games. Compare the brands in Coral vs PlayOJO and Ladbrokes vs PlayOJO.

Frequently asked questions
Is a Coral account the same as a Ladbrokes account?
No. Coral and Ladbrokes run separate customer accounts with their own logins, balances and settings, even though LC International Limited operates both under Gambling Commission account 54743. Signing up at one doesn't create an account at the other, and money can't move directly between them. Our explainer on the difference between Coral and Ladbrokes apps and the Coral vs Ladbrokes comparison go through the details.
Are Coral and Ladbrokes the same company?
Yes, at licence level. Both trade under LC International Limited, part of Entain, and the Gambling Commission's register lists coral and ladbrokes among that licensee's active trading names. Each keeps its own brand, apps and customer accounts. Entain is also the seller of both iPhone casino apps. Our glossary entry on Entain explains the group, and our guide to how casino apps are licensed in the UK explains trading names.
Can I get both the Coral and Ladbrokes welcome offers?
Perhaps not. Because one company runs both brands, one person may not be able to hold new accounts at both, and welcome offers are for new customers. Coral's terms allow one welcome offer per customer and require a verified account. Don't try to get round this with different details; check eligibility honestly with each brand. Our pages on the Coral welcome bonus and the Ladbrokes welcome bonus have the terms.
If I self-exclude from Coral, am I excluded from Ladbrokes?
Don't assume so. A self-exclusion set inside one brand's account may not carry across, so check with the other brand's support. If you want to be sure of blocking both, register with GAMSTOP, which covers all GB-licensed online gambling sites and apps for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years and can't be cancelled early. Read more in GAMSTOP and self-exclusion from casino apps explain the steps.
Can I use Face ID to log in to Coral and Ladbrokes?
Neither app's App Store listing mentions Face ID or Touch ID, so we can't confirm biometric login for either. If the option appears in your app's settings, it applies only to that brand's account on that device. Without it, use a strong, different password for each account and turn on two-step verification if offered. Our guides on Face ID and Touch ID on casino apps and whether you can log in with Face ID explain more.
Does my Coral login work in the Coral sportsbook app?
We can't confirm it from Coral's published sources, so check Coral's help pages before assuming. The App Store listing does show that Coral publishes its casino app separately from its sportsbook app. Either way, it won't open Ladbrokes. Since 19 January 2026, a single promotion can't mix casino and sports betting. Our explainers on standalone casino apps and why sportsbook apps include a casino cover the split.
What should I do if I can't log in to Coral or Ladbrokes?
Use the forgotten username or password option in the app you're trying to open, then follow the email sent to that account. If it still fails, contact support: help@coral.co.uk for Coral or support@ladbrokes.com for Ladbrokes. Resetting one won't affect the other. Make sure the app is up to date and your phone meets the iOS 18.0 requirement. For more fixes, see casino app login problems and forgotten casino app passwords.
Why do Coral and Ladbrokes apps look so similar?
Because the same group runs them. Both casino apps are sold by Entain on the App Store, both need iOS 18.0 or later and they're close in size at 101.6 MB and 101.2 MB. Their help centres also share payment rules. The differences are in branding, rewards and promotions, such as Coral Coins against LadBucks. Our reviews of the Coral Casino app and the Ladbrokes Casino app set out each one.
