Best apps with Jackpot King slots
The best apps with Jackpot King slots for UK players, on our ranking, are PlayOJO, Coral and Ladbrokes. One thing first: none of the three names Blueprint's Jackpot King network in its store listing or help pages, so check the lobby. This page explains the network, what the jackpot version costs you and how each app handles a large payout.
Key takeaways
- Jackpot King is Blueprint Gaming's shared progressive pool: five or six Jackpot King symbols start a crown-collecting bonus.
- No partner listing names Jackpot King, so search each app's lobby for the games before you deposit.
- The jackpot version of a slot can carry a lower RTP: 94.99% against 96% on King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas.
- PlayOJO ranks first for naming jackpot slots and fast payouts; Coral and Ladbrokes publish clear Visa payout times.
- UK rules still apply: £5 a spin at 25+, £2 at 18–24, no autoplay and at least 2.5 seconds per spin.

Apps with Jackpot King slots: what we can confirm
For apps with Jackpot King slots, our ranked picks are PlayOJO, Coral and Ladbrokes. They are UK-licensed slot-heavy apps on both iPhone and Android, with published withdrawal details that matter if a jackpot does land. That's the ranking; the honest limit comes next.
None of the three app listings or help pages names Jackpot King or a specific Blueprint jackpot title. PlayOJO's listing mentions jackpot slots in general, Coral's mentions Megaways and classic fruit machines, and Ladbrokes' mentions more than 1,800 slots. Whether the Jackpot King versions are in the lobby on the day you look is something only the app can tell you.
If you want a confirmed Jackpot King game rather than a likely one, a few non-partner apps publish more, and we list them further down. For every other way to choose an app, start from our best casino apps hub.
How Blueprint's Jackpot King network works
Jackpot King is a jackpot system made by Blueprint Gaming, the Newark studio owned by the Merkur Group. According to OLBG's Jackpot King guide (opens in a new tab), it links a wide range of Blueprint slots to one shared pool, so spins on every linked game feed the same prizes. The first linked titles, Genie Jackpots, Cop the Lot and Fruitinator, arrived in September 2016.
The jackpot sits on top of each game's own features. A paid base-game spin that lands five or six Jackpot King symbols anywhere on the reels, with no payline needed, starts the Jackpot King bonus. In that bonus you collect crowns, and 15 or more crowns take you to the Wheel King, which awards either a win multiplier or one of the three progressive prizes.
Blueprint has kept changing the format. Jackpot King Deluxe arrived in September 2018 with must-win caps on the two smaller pots, and in 2021 Blueprint launched Jackpot King Prize Lines (opens in a new tab), the first time the jackpot became a game in its own right. Our Jackpot King glossary entry keeps a short definition for reference.
Jackpot King prize tiers and must-win caps
| Tier | Starting value | Must be won before | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Royal | £500 | £3,500 | Start: OLBG; cap: Deluxe launch coverage |
| Regal | £5,000 | £35,000 | Start: OLBG; cap: Deluxe launch coverage |
| Jackpot King | £50,000 | No cap | OLBG |
The caps come from CasinoBeats' report on Jackpot King Deluxe (opens in a new tab), which says the Royal and Regal pots must be won before reaching £3,500 and £35,000, with the main pot unchanged. The starting values come from OLBG and may differ on a given game, so read the jackpot rules in the game before you play.
Must-win caps change how often the smaller pots pay, not your odds on a single spin in any way you can use. There's no point at which a pot is ‘due’ in a sense that helps you, because you can't see how close the hidden trigger is. Every pot resets to its starting value once it's won, and the cycle begins again.
How we ranked apps with Jackpot King slots
With no partner confirming the network, we judged the apps on what a Blueprint jackpot player needs from the app itself. Everything is drawn from store listings, operator help pages and the Gambling Commission's register; we don't claim to have played any game.
- Jackpot content in the listing. Does the store description name jackpot slots at all?
- Big-win handling. Published withdrawal times, fees and any slower route for large payouts.
- Verification. How quickly the operator says it checks documents, because a large withdrawal often triggers checks.
- App basics. iOS requirement, download size and whether it's a standalone casino app.
- Offer fit. Whether the welcome offer suits a slot player, with no wagering on spin winnings.
Coral and Ladbrokes publish identical payment rules because one company runs both, so our editorial scores, built from published facts, separate them: Coral 4.3, Ladbrokes 4.2. PlayOJO also scores 4.2 but leads here on the first two criteria.
1. PlayOJO: jackpot slots named and payouts in hours
PlayOJO is the only one of our three whose store listing names jackpot slots outright, alongside slots, bingo, table games and live casino. It is a casino-only brand with no sportsbook. The iPhone app, PlayOJO Real Money Casino, needs iOS 15.0 or later and is just 25.4 MB.
For a jackpot hunter, PlayOJO's payment policy is the draw. Its help page says it processes most payments within a few hours, that you can withdraw as little as you want, and that it aims to verify documents within 12 hours. The PlayOJO withdrawals page covers the method rules, and the app also pays OJOplus money back on every game played.
Skill On Net Limited holds the licence under account 39326. The weak points: no phone number is listed on the help page, and live chat availability depends on your country, as PlayOJO says itself.
Advantages
- Jackpot slots named in the store listing
- Most withdrawals processed within a few hours, as published
- Smallest download of the three at 25.4 MB
Drawbacks
- Jackpot King not named anywhere we can verify
- No phone support listed
- Welcome spins are on Big Bass Bonanza, not a Blueprint jackpot game
2. Coral: classic fruit machines and fast Visa payouts
Coral runs a standalone casino app, Coral Casino: Slots & Games, whose listing names Megaways slots and classic fruit machines. Blueprint lists licensed Megaways among its own mechanics, though Coral's listing stops short of naming a Blueprint or Jackpot King title. It needs iOS 18.0 or later and is 101.6 MB.
Coral's help pages are clear about money out. Visa Fast Funds withdrawals are typically approved within a couple of hours and then reach the bank within about 4 hours, but payouts above £2,000 are slower, which is worth knowing if a Regal or Jackpot King prize lands. Coral charges no withdrawal fees; see the Coral withdrawals page for each method.
Advantages
- Standalone casino app, separate from the sportsbook
- Published Visa payout times and no withdrawal fees
- 100 spins for £10 on slots with no wagering on winnings (18+, T&Cs apply)
Drawbacks
- Needs iOS 18.0 or later
- Large payouts over £2,000 take longer
- Phone support not published
3. Ladbrokes: a big slot lobby and up to 500 spins
Ladbrokes shares Coral's owner, LC International Limited (Entain, licence 54743), and its payment rules. Its separate casino app, Ladbrokes Casino Games & Slots, describes more than 1,800 slots, the largest figure any of our three listings gives. The iPhone version needs iOS 18.0 or later and is 101.2 MB.
It ranks third because nothing in its listing points to jackpot content specifically, and it otherwise mirrors Coral on withdrawals. A third-party review lists phone support, though hours aren't published. Because Coral and Ladbrokes share a licensee, one person may not be able to open new accounts at both; our Coral vs Ladbrokes comparison sets out the small differences.
Advantages
- 1,800+ slots stated in the iOS listing
- No withdrawal fees, as published
- Up to 500 spins with no wagering (18+, T&Cs apply)
Drawbacks
- No jackpot content named in the listing
- Needs iOS 18.0 or later
- Same owner as Coral, so new-account rules may limit you

If you're on an older iPhone, PlayOJO is the only one of the three that installs on iOS 15. If you'd rather stay inside the Entain family for its fruit-machine style lobby, Coral edges Ladbrokes on our scores.
The price of the jackpot: Jackpot King versions vs standard games
Many Blueprint slots come in two versions: the standard game and a Jackpot King version. The jackpot version usually sets aside part of each stake for the shared pool, and that can show up as a lower RTP for the base game. OLBG's page for King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas Jackpot King (opens in a new tab) is a clear example: 96% for the standard game and 94.99% for the Jackpot King version.
| Slot version | RTP | Expected loss | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas (standard) | 96% | £4.00 | Baseline |
| King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas (Jackpot King) | 94.99% | £5.01 | £1.01 more per £100 |
| Genie Jackpots (published RTP) | 96.49% | £3.51 | A 92.73% version exists at some operators |
| Genie Jackpots (lower version) | 92.73% | £7.27 | £3.76 more than the 96.49% version |
That extra pound or so per £100 is, in effect, the price of a ticket into the jackpot draw. Whether it's worth paying is a personal choice, but go in knowing the trade. Genie Jackpots also shows why you should open the game's help screen in your app: the same title can run at different RTP settings, and our guide to finding a game's RTP in an app shows where it's displayed.
If a Jackpot King prize lands: withdrawals, checks and tax
A jackpot is rare, but it's worth knowing the route to your bank before you chase one. Under the Commission's RTS 9 progressive jackpot standard (opens in a new tab), the winner should be told immediately after the jackpot triggers, and the jackpot's rules, seed and any ceiling must be available before you play.
- Take a screenshot of the win and note the game name, time and amount.
- Check your balance shows the prize, then stop playing so the win isn't staked again.
- Make sure your identity checks are complete; operators may ask for documents before a large withdrawal.
- Request the withdrawal to the method you deposited with, as most operators follow a closed-loop rule.
- Expect extra time on large sums: Coral and Ladbrokes say Visa payouts over £2,000 are slower.
- If nothing has arrived within the published time, contact support and quote your withdrawal reference.
Gambling winnings aren't taxed for UK players, so a Jackpot King prize is yours in full; our answer on tax on casino app winnings explains why. The operator pays its own gaming duty, which rose from 21% to 40% on 1 April 2026.
Also remember that you can't cancel a withdrawal once requested under UK rules, which stops a big win being drawn back into play. Our guide to how long casino app withdrawals take compares methods.
How to check an app for Jackpot King before you deposit
- Download the app by its exact store name: PlayOJO Real Money Casino, Coral Casino: Slots & Games or Ladbrokes Casino Games & Slots.
- Register and finish age verification, which UK operators must complete before you can play anything, including demo games.
- Type “Jackpot King” into the lobby search, then try a Blueprint title such as Genie Jackpots or King Kong Cash.
- Open a game's info screen and look for the Jackpot King rules, the three pot values and the RTP.
- Check whether the title shown is the standard version or the jackpot version, as both can exist.
- Set a deposit limit before you deposit; the app should prompt you to set a financial limit first.
If the search finds nothing, the network may simply not be on that app. Our guide to jackpot slots on mobile covers other jackpot systems you might find instead.
UK rules that shape Jackpot King on your phone
Jackpot King games are online slots, so every slot rule applies to them in an app exactly as on a website.
- Stake limits. The Commission's online slots stake limit guidance (opens in a new tab) caps each spin at £5 for players aged 25 and over (from 9 April 2025) and £2 for 18 to 24-year-olds (from 21 May 2025).
- Speed. At least 2.5 seconds per spin, with no turbo, quick spin or slam stop.
- No autoplay. Every spin needs a tap.
- No false celebrations. A return equal to or less than your stake can't be celebrated as a win.
- Jackpot transparency. RTS 9 requires current jackpot values to be visible and updated as often as practicable.
- Feature buys. Since a Gambling Commission warning in January 2020, feature buy-ins are not offered to British players.
At the 2.5-second minimum, 100 spins take a little over four minutes. At a £1 stake on the 94.99% version above, that's about £5.01 of expected loss in that time. Our slot stake limits page explains how age checks set your cap.
Other UK apps linked to Jackpot King
These apps aren't ranked because we have no offer with them. What sets them apart is that published material connects them to Jackpot King more directly. The table shows how strong that evidence is.
| App | What's published | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Betfred Casino | Betfred 777 Jackpot King and King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas Jackpot King named as eligible games in its welcome terms | Operator terms |
| Betfair Casino | Welcome spins on selected Jackpot King games | Operator offer terms |
| Midnite | Jackpot King, 25+ jackpot games | Third-party review |
| Sky Vegas | Jackpots, mostly Jackpot King | Third-party review |
| Paddy Power Games | Jackpot King listed among jackpots | Third-party review |
| BoyleSports | Jackpot King among 100+ jackpots | Third-party review |
| Jackpotjoy | The Jackpot King pool named among suppliers | Third-party review |
Operator terms are the stronger evidence. Even so, a game named in an offer today can be swapped out tomorrow, so the lobby search still settles it. Our wider jackpot slot app rankings compare jackpot apps beyond the Blueprint network.

Frequently asked questions
Which UK casino apps have Jackpot King slots?
We can't confirm Jackpot King in any of our partner apps, because none of their listings or help pages names it; search the lobbies of PlayOJO, Coral and Ladbrokes after signing up. Among other UK apps, Betfred and Betfair name Jackpot King games in their own offer terms, and review sites link Sky Vegas, Midnite and Paddy Power Games to it. Our Jackpot King explainer covers how the network works.
How do you trigger the Jackpot King bonus?
You trigger it by landing five or six Jackpot King symbols anywhere on the reels during a paid base-game spin; they don't need to sit on a payline. In the bonus you collect crowns, and 15 or more take you to the Wheel King, which awards a multiplier or one of three progressive pots. Each game's info screen gives the exact rules. Our Blueprint Gaming page lists more of the studio's games.
Do Jackpot King slots have a lower RTP?
Often yes, because part of each stake funds the shared pool. King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas is published at 96% in its standard version and 94.99% in its Jackpot King version, which is about £1.01 more expected loss per £100 staked. Always check the RTP in the game's help screen, since versions vary. Our answer on whether RTP is lower on casino apps explains why the app itself isn't the cause.
What are the Jackpot King prize tiers?
There are three: Royal, Regal and the top Jackpot King pot. OLBG gives starting values of £500, £5,000 and £50,000, and Blueprint's Deluxe update made the Royal and Regal pots must-win before £3,500 and £35,000, with no cap on the top pot. Values can differ by game, so check the jackpot rules on screen. Our progressive jackpot definition explains how pools grow and reset.
Can I win Jackpot King on a phone?
Yes, a jackpot game in a licensed UK app follows the same rules whether you play it on a phone or a computer, and the shared pool doesn't care what device you use. The odds are very long, though, so treat any jackpot as a remote possibility rather than a reason to play. Our answer on winning a jackpot on mobile goes into the detail.
Why is PlayOJO ranked first for Jackpot King?
PlayOJO ranks first because its store listing names jackpot slots outright, which neither Coral nor Ladbrokes does, and its help page says most payouts are processed within a few hours with no minimum withdrawal. Its iPhone app is also the smallest at 25.4 MB and runs on iOS 15. It doesn't name Jackpot King, so check the lobby. Read our PlayOJO app review for the full picture.
What is the maximum stake on Jackpot King slots in the UK?
The maximum is £5 per spin if you're 25 or over and £2 if you're 18 to 24, because Jackpot King games are online slots and the Commission's stake limits apply to all of them. Some games may set a lower maximum of their own. The limit applies in apps and on websites alike. Our guide to slot stake limits on mobile shows how apps apply it.
Do I pay tax on a Jackpot King win?
No, UK players don't pay tax on gambling winnings, so a Jackpot King prize isn't taxed when it reaches your bank. The operator pays remote gaming duty instead, which rose from 21% to 40% on 1 April 2026. Expect identity checks before a large withdrawal is paid. Our guide on how casino apps verify your identity explains what documents you may need.
