10bet Casino app vs bet365 app: the short answer

If you already bet on football or racing and want an occasional slot in the same app, both work. The 10bet Casino app is the easier one to judge, because 10bet publishes its payout times, its support hours and a phone number. bet365 is the far bigger brand, but most of its UK casino detail comes from review sites rather than its own pages.

10bet’s App Store listing (opens in a new tab) describes in-play betting, Cash Out, Bet Builder and live streaming alongside slots and live casino. Its privacy label says Usage Data may be used to track you, and Financial Info and Contact Info are linked to you.

Standalone bet365 casino apps exist on the US and Canadian stores, but neither is a UK listing. In Britain, a third-party index says the main betting app gives access to casino, games, poker and Vegas products. A casino inside a betting app: what UK rules change

Since 19 January 2026, a UK promotion can’t mix gambling products. A casino bonus can’t ask you to place a sports bet, and a sports offer can’t pay out in casino spins. That is why both offers below are casino-only, and why our mixed-product ban page matters if you use a combined app.

The other practical point is limits. In a combined app, a deposit limit usually covers your whole wallet, sport and casino together, so set it with both in mind. 10bet’s store listing says deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion sit in account settings; see our 10bet safer gambling tools page.

10bet vs bet365 bonus: £25 match in 3 days or spins over 20

10bet: 100% match up to £25 for new UK customers who choose the casino welcome bonus at sign-up and make a first deposit within 7 days. The bonus must be wagered 10x on slots within 3 days, and bonus winnings are capped at £1,000. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded. 18+, terms apply.

bet365, at the time of checking (25 October 2026) and as reported by a review site: spend £10, get up to 500 spins. You need £10 of lifetime deposits within 30 days of registering, then get up to 10 reveals over 20 days, at least 24 hours apart, each giving 5, 10, 20 or 50 spins. Spin winnings carry no wagering and spins expire after 7 days. The spin value isn’t given in the reported terms.

With a £25 deposit, 10bet gives £25 of bonus that needs £250 of slot bets in 3 days, costing about £10 on average at a 96% RTP slot. So its average value is roughly £15. bet365’s spins can’t be valued without a spin price, and the number you get depends on the reveals. The bigger difference is pace: 3 days is short, so don’t claim 10bet’s bonus in a week when you won’t have time to play calmly.

How 10bet counts different games towards wagering

10bet’s help centre says slots count 100% towards wagering, while table and live games count only 10%. That makes a large difference to how much play the bonus takes.

How to choose the 10bet casino bonus at sign-up

On paper bet365 is faster, but those figures come from affiliate pages, not from bet365. 10bet’s withdrawal help page (opens in a new tab) gives the timings above and says it aims to process requests as quickly as possible.

Phone, chat or email: contacting 10bet and bet365

10bet is one of the few casino apps with a UK phone line. Its contact page (opens in a new tab) lists 0808 175 0550 from 08:00 to 23:00 every day, email at any time, and live chat for logged-in customers. The chat hours are given as 08:00 to 01:00, though an FAQ on the same page says 08:00 to 23:00.

Is bet365 safe? And 10bet’s own record

Both are licensed for Great Britain. bet365’s casino domain is active under Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC, account 55149, which holds a remote bingo and casino licence. 10bet is run by Blue Star Planet Limited of Malta, account 43173, with a casino licence active since 17 December 2015.

Limits and blocks when one app holds sport and casino

Because both apps carry sport and casino, you can’t remove one part from your phone and keep the other. To stop casino play but keep betting, use the operator’s limits and product exclusions in account settings, where offered. For a complete stop, phone-level blocks work better.
