There's no separate 10bet casino app on the App Store. The casino lives inside 10bet: Sports Betting & Casino, the same app that handles in-play betting, Cash Out, Bet Builder and live streaming. It sits in the App Store's Sports category, not Casino, which matters if you go looking for it by browsing.

The operator behind the UK service is Blue Star Planet Limited, licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 43173 on the public register (opens in a new tab); the register shows its casino licence active since 17 December 2015. 10bet iPhone app requirements: which iOS you need

The 10bet app needs iOS 16.0 or later on iPhone and iPadOS 16.0 or later on iPad. That's a newer minimum than some other partner apps, so it's worth checking before you try to install it.

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap General, then About.
3. Look at the iOS Version line.
4. If it's below 16.0, go to General, then Software Update, to see whether a newer version is available for your phone.

How big is the 10bet app on iPhone?

The App Store lists the 10bet app at 112.3 MB. That's the download size before game files, images and cached data build up with use, so leave some extra room. It's larger than many casino-only apps, partly because it carries a full sportsbook too.

How to download the 10bet Casino app on iPhone

Real-money gambling apps on the App Store must be free to download, licensed where they're used and restricted to those places, under Apple's App Review Guidelines (opens in a new tab). These steps help make sure you get the genuine app.

1. Check your iPhone is on iOS 16.0 or later and has at least 112.3 MB free, plus room to spare.
2. Open the App Store and search for 10bet: Sports Betting & Casino.
3. Check the seller is 10bet Limited before you tap anything.
4. Tap Get, then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple Account password, as your phone asks.
5. Open the app, then sign in or register; you must be 18 or over and in the UK.
6. Complete identity checks before you deposit or play, as UK rules require.
7. Set a deposit limit when you're prompted before your first deposit.

10bet iPhone app privacy label explained

Every App Store app shows a privacy label describing the data it collects. The 10bet label is relatively short compared with some casino apps.

Because usage data is listed as tracking, iOS lets you refuse. In Settings, go to Privacy & Security, then Tracking, and switch off 10bet or stop all apps from asking. Our guide to reading a casino app privacy label explains each category.

On Android, Google Play's data safety section says the app shares financial info, may collect location, encrypts data in transit and lets you request deletion. The 10bet Android app page covers that version.

Does the 10bet app support Face ID?

Face ID and Touch ID log-in aren't mentioned in the store listing, so we can't confirm biometric sign-in for the 10bet app. Some apps add it later or offer it inside settings, so look in the app after you sign in rather than relying on it.

Without biometrics, a strong, unique password does more of the work. A password manager can fill it for you, and two-step verification, where offered, adds a second check. Notifications aren't mentioned in the listing either. If the app asks to send alerts, you can change your answer later in iPhone Settings under Notifications.

The casino inside the 10bet iPhone app

The iOS description mentions 2,000+ slots plus live casino tables, while the Google Play description quotes 3,000+ casino games. The two store descriptions don't match, so treat both as rough guides and check the app's game lobby for what's available.

UK rules apply in the app exactly as on the website. Slots have no autoplay and a minimum of 2.5 seconds per spin, stakes are capped at £5 per spin for over-25s and £2 for 18 to 24-year-olds, and other casino games need at least 5 seconds per game cycle. RTP doesn't drop because you're on a phone; check a game's help screen for the version that applies.

Deposits and withdrawals on the 10bet iPhone app

10bet's own help centre doesn't list every payment method, but a third-party review lists debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, Apple Pay and Paysafecard for deposits. Check the cashier in the app for what's offered to you. Credit cards can't be used to gamble in Great Britain.

For withdrawals, 10bet's withdrawal help page (opens in a new tab) gives these timings: debit cards up to 2 business days, e-wallets up to 2 business days and bank transfers up to 3 business days. The minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal and any fees aren't published there.

10bet publishes a UK phone line, 0808 175 0550, open 08:00–23:00 daily, plus email at support@10bet.co.uk. Its contact page gives live chat hours of 08:00–01:00 with log-in required, though an FAQ on the same page says 08:00–23:00, so expect chat during the earlier window at least.

The App Store listing says deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion are available in account settings. Set a limit before you play, and use a break if you want time away.
