The 10bet Casino app settings and notifications you can control fall into three groups: push alerts, which you switch off in your phone’s settings; marketing by email, SMS and phone, which UK rules let you choose by product and channel; and account settings such as deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion. Here’s how to set each one.

Key takeaways

  • The app’s store listings don’t mention push notifications, so control them through your phone’s own notification settings.
  • UK rules let you choose marketing separately for betting, casino and bingo, and for email, SMS and phone, with nothing ticked by default.
  • The iOS privacy label says usage data is used to track you; you can refuse tracking on an iPhone.
  • Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion are in your 10bet account settings, according to the App Store listing.

10bet Casino app settings and notifications: what you control

Most of what reaches you from 10bet, and most of what the app learns about you, can be adjusted. Some of it lives in the app, in your account settings. The rest lives in your phone’s system settings, which apply to every app in the same way.

It helps to know what the store listings confirm. The App Store listing (opens in a new tab) says deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion are in account settings. Neither listing mentions push notifications or Face ID, so we don’t assume either exists in the app. Our 10bet Casino app review covers the rest of the app.

How to turn off 10bet notifications on iPhone

An iPhone app can only send push notifications if you allow them, and you can change your mind at any time. These steps use the standard iOS settings rather than anything inside the 10bet app.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. Scroll down and tap the 10bet app.
  4. Switch off Allow Notifications to stop all alerts, or keep them on and turn off sounds, banners or lock-screen display.
  5. If you use Focus modes, you can also leave 10bet out of the apps allowed to notify you during a Focus.

Turning off notifications doesn’t affect your account, your balance or any bet you’ve placed. Our general guide to turning off casino app notifications covers the same steps for other apps, and the 10bet iPhone app page lists the app’s iOS requirements.

How to turn off 10bet notifications on Android

Android menus vary slightly between phone makers, but the route is similar on most devices.

  1. Open Settings and tap Apps (on some phones, Apps and notifications).
  2. Find and tap the 10bet app.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. Switch off all notifications, or turn off individual notification categories if the app offers them.
  5. Optionally, long-press any 10bet notification you receive and choose to turn off further alerts.

Android’s Digital Wellbeing tools (opens in a new tab) add another layer. Focus mode pauses chosen apps and their notifications, and an app timer closes an app once your daily allowance is used. See the 10bet Android app guide for listing details.

10bet marketing preferences: your choices under UK rules

Since 1 May 2025, UK online gambling operators have had to let you choose marketing by product and by channel. Under licence condition 5.1.12 on direct marketing preferences (opens in a new tab), you pick which products you hear about (betting, casino, bingo) and how (email, SMS, phone). Nothing should be pre-selected: marketing is off unless you opt in.

This matters more with 10bet than with a casino-only brand. Because the app combines a sportsbook and a casino, you could opt in to casino messages only, betting only, both, or neither. Existing customers should have been asked to confirm their choices at their first log-in after the rule started.

ChoiceOptionsDefault

Push notifications aren’t one of the channels the rule requires operators to list, which is why your phone’s settings are the reliable way to control them. Our page on gambling marketing consent rules has the full detail, and push notifications and gambling marketing explains how alerts fit in.

How to change or stop 10bet marketing

  1. Log in to the 10bet app or website.
  2. Open your account settings and look for marketing or communication preferences.
  3. Untick any products and channels you don’t want, and save.
  4. If you can’t find the option, email support@10bet.co.uk or call 0808 175 0550 and ask to be removed from all marketing.
  5. Check the next few emails or texts you receive; if marketing still arrives, contact support again and keep a note of the dates.

The Gambling Commission’s guide on how to stop getting gambling marketing texts and emails (opens in a new tab) explains your rights. If messages continue after you’ve opted out, raise it as a complaint with 10bet; our 10bet customer support page lists the contact routes.

If you self-exclude through GAMSTOP, operators must stop marketing to you within two days. And where an operator identifies strong signs of gambling harm, marketing and new bonus offers must stop.

Tracking and location settings for the 10bet app

The 10bet iOS privacy label lists usage data as used to track you, meaning it may be combined with data from other companies’ apps and sites. On an iPhone, apps must ask before tracking you this way. If you allowed it and want to change that, open Settings, tap Privacy & Security, then Tracking, and switch the 10bet app off.

Location is the other setting worth checking. The iOS label doesn’t list location, but Google Play’s data safety section says the Android app may collect it. Gambling apps must be geo-restricted to places they’re licensed, so an app may ask for location. You decide in your phone’s privacy or app permission settings whether it gets precise location, approximate location, or none; our guide on whether casino apps track your location explains the effect.

To understand each privacy label heading, see is the 10bet app safe and legit?, which sets the 10bet label against Coral’s.

10bet account settings worth setting on day one

A few settings are best sorted before you play. UK rules mean several of them must be available in every licensed app.

Set limits in pounds that match your entertainment budget, not your bank balance. The 10bet safer gambling tools page shows how each tool works, and our guide to reality checks in casino apps explains the reminder.

Log-in and security settings in the 10bet app

The 10bet listing doesn’t mention Face ID or Touch ID, and 10bet doesn’t publish whether it offers two-step verification. So your password does most of the work: make it long, unique to 10bet, and stored in a password manager rather than a note on your phone.

If 10bet offers two-step verification on your account, switch it on. The National Cyber Security Centre says two-step verification (opens in a new tab) makes it harder for criminals to get into accounts even if they know your password. Keep the app and your phone’s software updated, too.

For more, see our guides to two-factor authentication for casino accounts and Face ID and Touch ID on casino apps, or 10bet app login help if you’re locked out.

Using 10bet settings to keep gambling in check

Settings are also a way to shape your habits. Notifications and marketing emails are prompts, and fewer prompts can mean fewer sessions you didn’t plan. Many people find it helps to switch off all gambling alerts and opt out of marketing, then open the app only when they’ve decided to.

Casino games have a house edge, so the expected result over time is a loss. On a slot returning 96%, £100 of total spins costs £4 on average, and that adds up with every unplanned session. Our page on notifications and gambling urges has more ideas. If gambling is starting to worry you, the National Gambling Helpline is free and open 24/7 on 0808 8020 133.

For a comparison, see Coral’s settings and notifications, or how the 10bet app compares with the website if you’d rather avoid app alerts altogether.

10bet and Coral welcome offers, without the marketing

You don’t need to agree to marketing to claim a welcome offer. Both offers below are for new customers aged 18+, and terms apply.

10bet: choose the casino welcome bonus at sign-up and make your first deposit within 7 days for a 100% match up to £25. The bonus must be wagered 10x on slots within 3 days, maximum bonus winnings are £1,000, and Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded. A £15 deposit gives a £15 bonus and £150 of wagering, an expected cost of £6 on a 96% RTP slot. See the 10bet welcome bonus page for every term.

Coral: deposit (certain types excluded) and bet £10 or more on slots for 100 free spins on selected games, 10p each. Accept them within 48 hours and use them within 7 days; free spin winnings carry no wagering. Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don’t qualify, and the offer runs from 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027.

Both are slot offers; table and live games are often excluded or count for less. Since 19 January 2026, promotions that mix betting and casino are banned, so a 10bet casino offer can’t require a sports bet.

Frequently asked questions

How do I turn off 10bet app notifications?

Turn off 10bet notifications in your phone’s settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap Notifications, choose the 10bet app and switch off Allow Notifications. On Android, open Settings, then Apps, choose 10bet and tap Notifications. The store listings don’t mention push notifications, so the phone settings are the dependable route. Our guide to turning off casino app notifications covers other phones.

How do I stop 10bet marketing emails and texts?

Change your marketing preferences in your 10bet account, or ask support to remove you from all marketing by emailing support@10bet.co.uk or calling 0808 175 0550. UK rules require operators to let you choose products and channels, with nothing selected by default. If messages continue after you’ve opted out, complain to 10bet. Our answer on how to stop casino marketing texts explains your rights.

Can I get casino offers from 10bet but not sports betting ones?

Yes, UK direct marketing rules require operators to let you opt in separately for betting, casino and bingo. As 10bet runs a combined sportsbook and casino app, you can choose casino only, betting only, both or neither. You can also choose the channel: email, SMS or phone. Our page on gambling marketing consent rules explains how the per-product choice works.

Does the 10bet app use Face ID?

The 10bet App Store listing doesn’t mention Face ID or Touch ID, so we can’t confirm the app supports biometric log-in. Check the log-in screen after installing. Either way, a strong, unique password remains your main protection. Our list of casino apps with Face ID login shows which partner apps state support, and our 10bet login page covers sign-in problems.

Does the 10bet app track me?

The iOS privacy label says usage data is used to track you, which means it may be combined with data from other companies. On iPhone you can refuse or withdraw permission by opening Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking. Financial and contact info are linked to your identity, which is standard for a real-money account. Our privacy label guide explains each category.

Where are deposit limits in the 10bet app?

The App Store listing says deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion are in your account settings. You’ll also be prompted to set a financial limit before your first deposit, as UK rules have required since 31 October 2025. If you can’t find the option, contact 10bet support and ask them to apply it. Our 10bet safer gambling tools page explains each tool in detail.

Can I set a reality check in the 10bet app?

UK technical standards require licensed operators to let you set how often a reality check appears, showing how long you’ve been playing, and you must acknowledge it to dismiss it. The 10bet listing doesn’t name the feature, so look in your account settings or ask support. Our guide to reality checks in casino apps shows how they work and how often to set them.

Will turning off notifications affect my 10bet account?

No, switching off notifications only changes what your phone shows you. Your account, balance, limits and any open bets are unaffected, and you can turn alerts back on at any time. Marketing emails and texts are separate and need changing in your account preferences. If you want fewer prompts to gamble overall, our page on notifications and gambling urges has practical suggestions.
